Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch for international orders. Including processing, please allow approximately 8–14 business days in total from the date you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays outside our control. During peak seasons (such as Christmas and Black Friday), delivery may take a little longer than usual.
Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active. You can use this number to follow your delivery at any time.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Shop BYS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please reach out to us at order@shopbys.store and we'll investigate right away.
